Tribute options

A single photo can be displayed on all available screens during the ceremony as a personalised focal point.

Our team will quality-check your photo before it is submitted.

Single Photo

Enhance the atmosphere and engage your guests with a Basic Slideshow.

Choose 25 photos to be played at a chosen moment or on a loop throughout the event. This tribute does not include music.

Basic Slideshow

Beautifully capture your story with a visual tribute of up to 25 photos, timed perfectly to your chosen music track.

This video can be played at your chosen time during the ceremony.

Music Tribute

How it works

  • Inform your Register Office of your selected Tribute options.

  • They will either ask you to send your photographs directly or provide unique login details to access a media uploader.

  • If you receive login details, simply follow the provided link to access your content uploader. Once there, you can easily upload your media.

  • Our team will then receive your pictures and create your beautiful Tribute, they will then send it to the venue so it’s ready for your special occasion.

If you would like to use a video that you have made yourself, we can help with this. Request to submit a family-supplied tribute, and our media specialists will quality check the video before sending it to the venue.

Frequently asked questions

  • As with all our products, the final cost is set by the venue. Please talk to your venue to discuss the options available to you.

  • Once a Tribute is ordered, your Venue will receive an email with log in details to upload content.

    Your Venue will then make sure that your chosen photos and/or videos are uploaded for the service, or they may send you the link so you can upload your photos directly.

  • Absolutely, our standard Tribute videos include up to 25 images, but we’re happy to feature more, for a small additional fee.

    Please speak to your venue to understand additional charges.

  • Of course, you can order a copy of a Music Tribute either as a download link, or as a physical Keepsake in the form of a DVD, USB, Video Book or Memory Box. Simply speak with your venue to place the order.
